The Thalden Pavillion, opening in the spring of 2018 is a center for outrageous innovation. The beautiful, unique structure will house outdoor kitchen, classroom and performance space. It will allow the Farm to host programs, community events, theatrical and musical performances and other farm and sustainability related activities. Having recently won a national architectural award, its beauty will attract many participants. It will also contain a beautiful wood oven, surrounded by pillars carved by nationally recognized Native American carver, Russell Beebe. Students, teachers and community organizers will use the space to promote the Farm’s mission of inspiring a generation of ecologically-committed leaders who promote a vision of living and working sustainably in community and on the land.
