CSA
Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is a mutually beneficial way for community members to support local farmers by investing in an upfront share during the farms off season in exchange for a weekly food share during the growing season.
Dining Services
The Farm’s produce is a part of dining experiences on SOU campus. During the growing seasons, The Farm sells its produce to SOU A’viands dining services. The Farm’s produce is served at the Hawk, Elmo’s and as part of A’viands catering services.
Thanks to our partnership with Ashland School District, we are able to sell weekly boxes of produce that are then distributed throughout the Ashland School District.
If you are interested in your purchasing produce on behalf of your organization’s dining services, contact us at thefarm@sou.edu.
Donate
Support The Farm at SOU! Your donation helps us grow more than just vegetables—it supports hands-on education, student-led research, and community programs that inspire the next generation of sustainable land stewards. Together, we can cultivate a healthier future for our campus and the Rogue Valley.
